Amazing!

I bought the hydrating primer and thought it was too moisturizing especially in the summer time. It was a bit tacky so I tried the sample of this Supercharged Essence and it is by far the best primer I have ever used. It goes on so smooth and my makeup doesn't look wet and tacky anymore. I am adding this to my Christmas list this year because I absolutely love the product. Mind you I have combination skin. Also I noticed a lot of the reviews are bad because of the dropper and not because of the product. Just keep that in mind!

Adore the product, hate the bottle

I’m obsessed with this primer! Recently discovered it and it has been a game changer for my difficult skin. I have allergic contact dermatitis so I have to be very careful with ingredients and this product works for me. It helps soften my redness, smooth out any dryness, and blur pores and fine lines. I just wish the bottle was less difficult! I end up wasting so much product because every time I put the dropper applicator back in the bottle it pushes product back up and gets around the seal. Needs a redesign!

Poor, poor design!

I am so disappointed with this primer. I'm sure the actual primer is great; however, the container doesn't allow for the actual product to leave the bottle. The pipette does not work and you can't get the contents out upside down. I have a hard time just tossing it in the trash because of how much I spent; however, I really don't know what else to do with it.

EXCELLENT

I absolutely love. This primer is the best. It goes on silky smooth, dries fast, leaving the best canvas that makes any makeup look perfect. The only negative is the glass bottle that it comes in. The formula is just thick enough to make it hard to get the dropper to work. Wish their was a better delivery system.

Not fit for purpose - dropper issues

Bought this product a couple of days ago, I’m really frustrated trying to use it. I’m in a rush on a morning and don’t have time to mess around with a dropper that is not fit for purpose. Reading the reviews your customers have been telling you for over 3 years that there is a design flaw with this product, and you have not acted on this feedback. A good business would act on this and look for a solution. This is not a cheap product, I expected better from a high end brand. I will be returning it for a refund.

Disappointed

I’m sure it’s an excellent product which I bought in place of the tube of primer. However, no matter what I do (other than holding the bottle upside down), I can’t use the dropper to access the product. I guess it’s too thick.
