Bring back Smooth Finish Foundation Powder!

I tried this as a replacement for the Smooth Finish Foundation Powder, and while the recommended replacement shade was pretty accurate, this product is less than mediocre. It looks powdery on my skin (with the exact same prep as used for the Smooth Finish Foundation Powder), did not cover redness or imperfections well, and really settled into my fine lines and wrinkles. I actually compared the powders side by side on half my face and from the beginning of application to end of day, it looked obvious that I was wearing powder on the side with the Real Flawless powder, which is neither flawless or light as a feather. Very disappointed and will be looking for another brand when I’ve previously been a loyal customer for years and years.

Not the same

I love the smooth finish powder, this new one is not the same formula, it looks orange even though I got color matched, looks heavy on the skin but does not cover any blemishes or redness. Please bring back the old one !!!

Less than expected

The website redirected me to this powder finish after my usual one was out of stock. I purchased as I was in a bind and needed. However, I was sadly disappointed and sorry that i purchased in two different tones. It is definitley not equivalent of a product to me usual LM powder foundation and the applicator sponge is extrememly thin and cheap for the cost of this makeup. Disappoined.

Not the same

Why did you guys get rid of the smooth finish foundation powder. It was the best!! This does not sit on my skin as naturally and does not look as good. Will have to look at new brands if you won’t be bringing back the original powder foundation

Not worth the price anymore

I have used the Laura mercier powder foundation for 10 years and it used to be amazing. It was smooth with great coverage and blended so well. They have now changed the product and it does not blend well at all and looks cheap. It looks like a product from one of those cheap makeup kits you buy when you were 13. It’s such a shame they changed such a good product. Please bring back the old formula.
