    • HOW TO USE:
    • Starting at the outer edge of the lips, press bullet to lips and apply evenly over the entire lip area
    • Full coverage is achieved in one stroke
    • To shape the bullet:
    • Remove the colored endcap on the bottom of the slimline package; this is the shaper
    • Twist up to reveal more product
    • Hold the slimline still and gently twist the shaper around the tip; gentle pressure is all that is needed
    • Keep twisting the shaper until the desired shape is achieved
    • Retract product so only the amount needed appears above the edge
    • Dimensional lips technique:
    • Choose two shades of Velour Extreme Matte Lipstick, one slightly darker than the other
    • Apply the darker shade on the corner areas of lips, then apply the lighter shade in the center
    • Use your fingertip to gently blend the areas where the two shades meet
    • Bitten lips technique:
    • Using your finger, pick up a small amount of your favorite shade of Velour Extreme Matte Lipstick
    • Press onto lips starting in the center, then blend quickly and lightly from side to side, fading the color toward the edges
    • Apply to bottom lip first, then top

Matte Lipstick

I loved the extreme Rock color I bought years ago. And I saw this Velour Extreme Matte lipstick. However it as well is not as dark as the picture online .

Love this

I love the Velour Extreme Matte Lipstick. I started using Fresh when I received a sample of it, went ahead and bought some more of the Fresh last year, and Fierce just recently. I love the texture and feel and they have good staying power and the colors compliment perfectly and wake up my face.
