Pillow shams have a problem

The comforter is large and very worm. There are ties that hold hold the pillow shams closed. Two of them came off immediately upon tiring them on. Don’t know why they even bothered to put them on.

Comfort and Beauty

I was shopping online at the MACYS app. I wanted a queen size comforter. I found a Ralph Lauren Ada Floral comforter, color: Blue/cream. By the way it had a 4.6 rating, let me tell you that was false. The delivery was prompt but the comforter was poor in presentation. The colors were not as pictured, I was so disappointed I returned it to Macys.

Poor swervice

I purchase this queen size comforter set, unfortunately it was missing the pillow shams. Macys would not replace the shams.

Shipment Never Came

My shipment never came. Tracking details say shipment voided and package lost. I'm pretty upset because comforters aren't on sale now so I'd have to pay a lot more to get one at this point.

Not impressed, not happy

Fabric not great, slippery not soft, surprising from a respected brand name. Shams come with cloth tie-backs. On one of them, the stitching came apart immediately, before I was even able to tie it. A terrible design feature, i’m left with one sham and a comforter that keeps sliding off the bed… very dissatisfied.
