I received the rug which looked nice on the picture but it looks used comparing to the same model number runner. The runner looked nice and new and was sent from Ralf Lauren if it is matters but not the rug which was sent from Safavieh. Very disappointing. It looks washed out and does not have a feeling of a new item sorry. Never ever had that issue.

not sized properly

Looks nice, but shown as 2'6" x 8', when it is actually only 2' 1.5" wide. That was disappointing and I will have to return it as it will not fit my furniture. So, if measurement is important ......

My entire family has bought these rugs. They are so beautiful and the quality is absolutely stunning.
