Zipper

Received this as a Christmas gift. Didn't even last 8 weeks, zipper is garbage :( so so sad

Looks and feels like FAUX LEATHER!

Tag states "Made in Cambodia, 100% COW LEATHER"...nothing else, except wipe with a damp cloth. This alone is an odd description for an expensive Ralph Lauren genuine leather handbag, in my opinion! The handbag itself looks nice but looks and feels like FAKE LEATHER! It is a decent size for a small crossbody, is sewn well and fully lined everywhere but as far as genuine pebbled leather, I seriously question that? It's very stiff with no leather smell what-so-ever and most definitely OVERPRICED even at a clearance price offered for the Navy-blue color as well as several other colors. I'd say there is a 50/50 change that this bag is or isn't genuine pebbled leather and if it is, then it's a LOW-QUALITY PEBBLED LEATHER, not full grain or top grain pebbled leather! But if you like VEGAN, you will like this crossbag because it LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE FAUX LEATHER! Otherwise, the bag is super cute! I still haven't decided to return it yet, because I DON'T LIKE THE QUALITY OF THE LEATHER!

Disappointed

I was disappointed in the quality of this bag. It doesn’t give me the impression of being real leather. ( smell or feel) Even though the description says leather. I wanted a navy crossbody to match my new navy shoes. I didn’t want to pay to return it, however I found it disappointing.
