Bought this bed quilt several months ago. Product has reached and now it’s no longer returnable BUT this quilt only has been washed 2days ago. After washing in a front loader and dried in a front loader at a commercial laundry facility this quilt is just the ugliest quilt I’ve ever seen! As you can see it is a total mess. The material inside has rolled up on itself in pieces and now the quilt will not lay flat on the bed. Never seen anything like this before. Is there anything you can do to help with this problem? A return and credit with macys would be very much appreciated. I could donate this quilt to goodwill.

Disappointed

This RL blanket was so awful not only did I return it but don’t recommend to buy. Problem chemical smell right out of plastic pkg. I washed but after 45min drying it had shed 5” of lent and throughout the edges curled :( very disappointing!

Horrible smell when taken out of the bag
