Wrong Size Blanket Shipped
I ordered this blanket in a Queen size but received a Twin size. I returned it and my new order was received perfectly which I gave 5 stars.

Exceptional Customer Service and Product
Most importantly, the customer service I received from an associate named Tas was above and beyond. I was about to buy a blanket that I thought was good quality when he approached and offered help (that never happens in stores any more). This young man was so knowledgeable about his products and my husband and I were so happy he spent time and guided us toward the Ralph Lauren product (which was the same price or lower than the cheaper product). Couldn't be happier with the customer service, the quality of this blanket or the speed in which it was shipped to my house. Good job in your hiring practices Macy's of Willowbrook!

Great cotton blanket
Always love the quality of Ralf Lauren cotton blankets. Wash up nicely and hold their shape. They are not to heavy or lightweight and perfect year round. I bought one for each bed in the house. Great on sale price.

Sturdy Cotton Summer Blanket
This is a very sturdy well-made cotton blanket. It is not as soft as I expected due to its textured design, but will hold up well under multiple washing and last a long time.

Pretty Blanket
For my taste, it’s a lovely blanket. The weave is quite elegant. I have two other cotton blankets purchased elsewhere by which to compare, and this exceeds the quality of those. Purchased after reading reviews, I did wash in Woolite, used softening rinse, and wool balls in dryer. Works for intended use. Price was deeply discounted during Macy bedding sale. Budget would not allow purchase at full price, and would be skeptical of full price/for quality.

Not what was expected
Quasi Polo product. Not up to the minimal standard associated with Ralph Lauren. Linty. Seems like this blanket has been in inventory for 20 years. Heavy chemical odor upon removal.
