Never received and still haven’t got refund

I never received my order. I contacted customer support 3 times and each time I was told I’d have to wait a week for them to research. I even asked for it to be resent since the tracking showed it wasn’t even picked up from Macy’s yet. Terrible service. Macy’s has lost a long time customer.
