Must have closet basic

Ruffles too big

The material and color are great. However, The ruffles are way too big for the size of the blouse. It makes me look like a clown. I am a XS and I doubt that the model is wearing a size small. It is a beautiful garment. It is a shame that the ruffles are not proportional for the sizing.
