Incomplete Product

Unfortunately I had a bad experience twice when ordering this product. The product description states I would be getting the wallet along with the box. The first time I got this product delivered to me, it did not come with the box. I called customer service and a replacement process was started. When I received my replacement, it was the same issue and unfortunately I will be asking for a refund.

Not boxed

Purchased for a gift, and was very disappointed it did not come in the box as listed and pictured. It seems to be a quality wallet, very slim and the color is beautiful. Would have been much happier with the product if it arrived in the ready-to-gift box and not plastic wrap.

The credit card slots are so tight that it’s hard to pull the cards out, but the design is cute.
