Jewelry Department Ecperience

Jewelry sales were good, but thought the item was sterling silver. It looks good, but not sure of longevity. Macys needs more employees. Wait times in Jewelry dept. were long, with only 2-3 emp. having to cover ALL (apx 6) sections w/no way to tell who is next in line. Emp.were nice, just over-loaded.
