scarf is ok - customer service is atocious

good scarf - one star for Macys customer service. Macys shipped the scarf naked in the shipping bag - even though I paid fo gift delivery Customer service stated they couldn't send me a gift box only a refund instead. Causing me inconvinience and expense (greater than the refund) to package the scarf in a manner to be given as a gift

Love it!!!!!

I really like this hat and scarf set. I am raising all my grandchildren and I had a tough time but last year I bought the hat the red one from Macy’s and then this year I was able to buy the scarf I couldn’t afford to buy them together, the hats getting a little bit beat up Cause I wear it so much. Who knows maybe you guys can send me a new hat but it pairs, beautiful together it’s red and the gold sparkles around the Ralph Lauren. I love that good product you guys.
