Not A Real Extra Firm

Beautiful pillow but not an extra firm as advertised. Should be soft to medium. Was disappointed as we need extra firm pillows. Have ordered two others to replace these.

Pokey, sharp feathers

I love the loft of this pillow. It was immediately comfy to sleep on. But after using this pillow for a month, I’ve got a major gripe: it’s full of very sharp-ended feathers that constantly poke through TWO layers of pillow cases and scratch my face while I sleep. I’ve never had a down pillow with such sharp feathers inside. They poke out so sharply that I can actually grab the end of a feather with my fingers and simply pull it through both layers of pillowcase and toss it on the floor during the night. I don’t recommend this pillow.
