Material is stiff - odd fit

I was disappointed with this hat. I expected a relaxed, casual look. Instead it is very stiff and odd looking . The inside is large but adjustable. However adjusting it doesn’t make it more comfortable or attractive. It’s molded into its shape with no flexibility at all.
