Beautiful bracelet but stones have fallen off....

The bracelet is very pretty and I was excited to wear it. Unfortunately, 34 days after I received it, two of the stones have fallen off, and I cannot return the item as I am beyond the 30 days to refund deadline. I am not rough with my jewelry so I am disappointed the stones fell off.
