Did not work for me; They broke the first time i wore them. I was hurt because I loved them. The pearl section fell off;

I loved the look of these, but the clamps are unique in that they don’t work with a spring mechanism. You just press them to the tightness you want and they supposedly maintain that degree of tightness. Unfortunately that proved not very secure in my case; one fell off without my realizing and was irretrievably lost. I had to throw the other away. Too bad, because they were a perfect design for me.

This appears to be a pearl earring based on the photo is it no it is siver and old edge only.

To the other reviewers. The picture may be deceiving cause they do look like pearl earrings but they're actually silver but they never mentioned that they were pearl in the description, we just assumed like I did. I wouldn't recommend those earrings because they keep falling off constantly.

I don't usually wear clip-ons, but I like these earrings: they're simple so they go with a lot of outfits, and the size is right. However, although I appreciate that RL created a clip-on that doesn't pinch my ears, I have to check continuously to be sure the earrings are secure because the clip fits a little loose.

If you're looking for a dome pearl clip earring don't be deceived by the description or picture; they are actually silver domes with a gold border, and no pearl! On the upside they are an attractive two-tone gold trimmed earring with a shiny silver dome and might blend with most outfits, but silver is the dominant color and there is no pearl what-so-ever! I gave these earrings one star because I was disappointed they were not imitation pearls as described even though they are very attractive earrings.
