Nice robe but defective

The robe was otherwise as expected but on one shoulder there were lots of pulled threads, as if it had already been in a cat figt. We were able to return it for free at the store. A ding on the RL brand, not Macy’s service (arrived on time, easy enough return)

Pretty soft pink, mid to heavy weight cotton terry robe. Nice length, washed and dried (cold/extra low) well. Would purchase again!
