Never received what was promised many times

It was ordered and due for delivery on 12/31/25. Never received any update by email or phone. My wife called several times and she was told that it was on the way and on 01/12/26 she was told it would be delivered later that. Then I receive a credit today. Where is the customer service? Poor performance in every category.
