I was initially so impressed by this style that I went back and bought a second one in a different color. But after a couple of months of gentle wear, the lining is starting to come apart. It's just...shredding. A jacket isn't a good value if you have to pay to have it repaired soon after buying it.
Great Jacket
I am very happy with my purchase. Coat is very nicely made, flattering, true to size. I ordered the green, nice color. This is a lightweight coat, great for fall or early spring.
Very disappointed
Ordered the coat in Litchfield Green, because I liked the color of Macy’s photo so much. The coat’ve I received is in a completely different green. In fact, when I opened the package, I thought there was a mistake, and I was sent a black coat. It's so dark, it has nothing to do with the charming coat on Macy’s website. Also, the coat runs large, but here the mistake is mine - should’ve ordered M, not L, as the website suggested. I’m 5’10, 158 pounds, and the coat feels quite large. Still, if it was the right color, I suppose I would’ve kept it for a bit a layering. The coat is going back, which is very disappointing - I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time.
