Sheets are actually abrasive

I expected linen from Ralph Lauren not cotton so rough it’s exfoliating. Terrible. Absolutely my last purchase from Ralph Lauren ever. I hate giving it even one star!

Burlap Rough ! Abrasive !!

Even after washing these sheets and pillow cases, rough as Burlap . These sheets could serve as a Loofah they are so textured and rough. Awful.

Very frustrated with these sheets.

I have been using Ralph Lauren sheets for over 25 years and always loved them. I decided to shift from sateen to linen because of the amazing reviews. I read “so soft” over and over but these sheets are awful. Not soft at all. I have washed many times to get the soft feel, even added baking soda. They are still just awful to sleep on. Am I missing something? These sheets were so expensive and they are just awful. What am I doing wrong?

terrible investment

Itchy and scratchy - I know linen is not as soft as other fabrics but these are so uncomfortable. I wish I could return them, but I washed them to tru and make them softer and still no luck.

So Comfortable!

I love these sheets. They're not slippery. Just comfy! Although, they are suppose to be washed on cold, I use hot, so they probably won't last as long as they're suppose to. They were on sale, so I probably couldn't have afforded them at full price.

Made well, but thin

A few years ago, a friend gave me a set of linen sheets from Target. It was the first set of linen I'd ever had, and I loved it. But the green turned to gray over the years, so I decided to replace that set with a more neutral color... The Ralph Lauren set from Macy's is made better, but the sheets are much thinner. And I don't know what's going on with pillowcases these days, but these are skinny like all the others. My pillows still fit, but it's kind of a fight to stuff them in there.
