safety bucke with dress

I like the skirt very much, but I brought the safety buckle to my dress. I went to the local Ross. Even though I showed the other party the receipt, Ross refused to help me remove the safety buckle. I don't want to go to Sacramento during the COVID-19 . Can you think of a way to remove the safety deduction by myself?

Beautiful

Saw this dress at the store but they didn't have my size. Ordered it online since it had an amazing deal oh my god! The picture doesn't do it any justice! The color is a nice blush pink, the lace is comfy and its also very true to size. Its classy and modern with the flounce hem.

Pretty dress

The color was a bit missleading on the website, it is darker in real life. I like the dress but I am in between sizes so it is a bit big on me but it is a good dress to go to a wedding.
