Too soft

Already the product descriptions say the pillows are medium but there are no support at all. I felt my head was on the mattress. Had to return them.

Disappointed.

Disappointed. Ordered a 2-pack medium density pillow set. One is medium density - the other is flat - only one is usable. This is not Macy’s (nor Lauren’s) usual standard.

Terrible quality

These were not firm pillows they arrived opened and seemed like more than soft as well. What has happened to UPS? No control on handling of packages in processing centers! Ralph Lauren should be high quality with product and shipping.
