very disappointed

I never imagined Macy's would do this. I ordered a red Lauren Ralph Lauren handbag, and they sent me a completely different bag that had nothing to do with the one I purchased. Looking at their website, they still have those same bags available in other colors. It would have been better if they had sent me a different color, or simply canceled my order if it was out of stock. But that's not what happened, and obviously I shop online to avoid going out. Now I have to go return this unacceptable item.
