These boots were a perfect addition and were true to size. They functioned well during this treacherous winter. I didn’t wear them in deep snow, but they kept me feet warm on cold days. The leather cleaned very easily. These boots paired well with dresses, skinny jeans and leggings.

I bought this pair of boot during the black Friday sale and then gave to my sister who has a much wider calf. It fits her perfect and feels very comfortable. She can walk around this this boots for a long time.
High quality leather boot, runs small
Advertised as wide calf, but I could not zip over my jeans. The boot seems to be of high quality, but I can't wear it, so it's going back to the store.

I love this boot. I purchased a pair in black and liked them so much, I ordered a brown pair too. I was concerned the calf would be too tight, but it is perfect for me.

Not great
I ordered wide calf in my usual size of 8.5 and it was tight so I ordered 9 in wide calf. It was a beautiful boot but the wide calf was not wide enough that’s why it got tight at the calves and created a painful scrunch at the ankle. Even though I loved the look and leather but sadly I had to returned it because it was too uncomfortable for me on the ankles. The arch support was great though.

I was really impressed with the look of these boots-- when I was opening the box, I thought, "FINALLY. These are MY boots!". Unfortunately, the wide calf is a lot more spacious than I expected (and I measured my calves a half dozen times before ordering), giving them a firefighter-boot kind of look. Additionally, the heel area is HUGE. I usually wear a 10.5 or 10, and these were a size 10 wide calf... my foot was slipping out of the heel area, even with thick fleece lined jeans and wooly socks on. I have narrow arches and heels but a wide toe/ball of the foot area, so they just don't work for me. So, if you have moderately wide to very wide calves and need boots with a roomy ankle area, then these are the boots for you! In the meantime, my search for a low-heel, wide-ish calf, strapped-ankle leather boot continues...
