the new shirt had holes not allowed to return it

the new Shirt had holes on the top of the shoulder ,can not wear it call I. ,says no return allowed.I can’t trust online orders anymore.

Poor Quality

The quality of the Lauren classic button-down pink dress shirt has gone down over the years. I still have three older shirts I bought from Macy's. Unlike the new ones I recently bought, the older shirts are made of high-quality fabric and they are truly wrinkle-free particularly with the collar, the two buttons are aligned to create a flat and non-wrinkled appearance. The new stock is everything but the contrary to the old. Also, the model shirt posted is from the old stock, it has a handsome soft pale pink color whereas the new stock has a loud pink and two buttons in the front are misaligned not only with one shirt but all three I purchased.
