Still Waiting With No Tracking Updates

I’m extremely disappointed with this order experience. Not only did my package fail to arrive by the expected delivery date, but the tracking information has been completely unhelpful as well. There has been no update on the shipping status for over a week. The shipping service Macy’s uses (OnTrac) has provided no meaningful details, leaving customers wondering if they will ever receive their order at all. To make matters worse, calling customer service did not resolve anything- they will only issue a refund until two weeks have passed. This has been a very frustrating and stressful experience overall. I expected much better from Macy’s.

Beautiful bag!

This bag is gorgeous! The pebbled leather is very soft, while the interior is lined with fabric (maybe canvas?) with two smaller pockets and one larger pocket with a vertical thin leather strip closure that attaches with a button snap. My 13-inch MacBook fits with room to spare. I love the details of this bag and how classy it looks. I can’t wait to wear it to work!
