Low quality and bad smell

I am disappointed in the poor quality of this quilt. It is lightweight and insubstantial, with very little "filling". I was shocked how little the package weighed when I picked it up. Also, I didn't like the look of the print up close. It looks nice in the online photos where you see the bed from a distance, but close up I thought the print was unattractive. If all that wasn't enough, the quilt was heavily perfumed. I'm not sure if it had been bought and returned, or if it had been near perfume in a store or warehouse, but the scent of it was overwhelming. I would not be able to put something that heavily perfumed on my bed and sleep with it. Before using, it would have to be laundered, or in this case taken to the dry cleaner because it wouldn't fit in my washing machine at home. I'm never going to accept merchandise that needs cleaning before use!
