Shame on you Macy's

To make a long story short I had to place 2 orders make 2 returns using my time and gas and got nothing in return. The first one showed up beautifully packaged and in perfect condition in the wrong size and color. I used my time and gas to drive the 45 minutes to make the return and place my new order. I received my "new" coat rolled into a tight ball shoved into a small clear plastic bag complete with pulled stitches, dingy cuffs, stains, wrinkled with body oder! I immediately called Macy's and was told they wanted to make this right. I was then once again given instructions on how I could make the return and receive a refund. I feel Macy's tried to sell me second hand clothing with new tags attached. Shame on you Macy's I have wanted this coat for a long time!

Sharp, classic trench

This classic trench is what I’ve been hunting for these past two years. It’s got those classic lines and is water resistant (I tested it with a glass of water.) It looks good over business suits or jeans. The price point was reasonable.

Wonderful trench!

Wonderful trench coat! I wore this on my trip to Paris this fall and it looked beautiful with every outfit I wore, pants, jeans, dresses! I am 5’1 and weigh 100 lbs and the PXS was perfect. I can wear a thick sweater under it and I still had room to move comfortably. I got it on sale but even if you paid full price, the quality is worth every penny. I’m getting another one in black!

Poor Quality

Upon receiving I noticed a few dry spots around the collar. So I went to wipe it off with a wet rag. Then, upon trying the coat on I noticed fraying at one of the buttons. Then I proceeded to inspect all the buttons and noticed they seem to be attached a bit awkward. I'll most likely be returning because I don't see the coat holding up long term
