Runs small and thinner fabric than past purchases

I have similar Ralph Lauren blouses (PXS) that I love so I ordered this one to add to my wardrobe. The sizing is totally different and runs small. I couldn't even button the PXS. The PS was better but still felt a little tight and the sleeves were too long. The fabric also feels thinner. This was a disappointing purchase for me- returned them.

Not Made Well

Beautiful Ralph Lauren blouse, but it puckers at the shoulders. Perhaps it is just the one delivered to me, and the others may be fine. On me, this particular blouse does not fit smoothly.
