Arms are too long

I loved the cut and feel of this jacket. Not too bulky but warm however the arms are too long. I purchased the Regular XS and the fit was perfect (arms, body length, etc.) however the arms were a little longer than I wanted so I purchased a Petite Small online hoping the arms would be shorter but unfortunately they were the same length as the Regular XS but the arms are bigger making it look frumpier. Now I’m a little conflicted about which one to keep.
