Missing top hole

Took off the tags and as I was about to wear it out I noticed the top hole is missing. Returning

As much as I love this coat I had to return it. It seems to be missing the top button hole. There are three buttons to close the coat but only two button holes. No top button hole. Maybe that was done on purpose but I didn’t like the look.
