Cute Navy Dress

This dress is really cute! Another review states that the dress is both navy and black — this is incorrect. The entire dress is navy, it’s just that there is a different fabric used on the lower part of the dress and it can look a little darker. I bought this to wear to a wedding rehearsal dinner.

It's both navy AND black!

The lower portion of the dress, below the diagonal seam, is black with white polka dots, not navy. This should be highlighted in the description.
