Stylish and classy

I love this top. It is stylish and classy. I have been looking for a high neck blouse with puffy sleeves, this is great. The sleeves are slightly puffy at the top and loose fitting. I am busty (38G) and the ruffles in the front lays well and does not draw extra attention to my chest. I love the light weight of the fabric and the blouse all around. I would recommend and purchase again blouse again. Fits true to size.
