Quality control issue

I bought 3 blouses, brown, moss and truffle, in size small. The label said "PS" which I thought strange. The blouses were small at the bust area. I returned and order the same blouses in Medium. The brown fitted, the truffle and moss needed to be returned because the sleeves were too long covering my hands. I am disappointed because the colors were what I was looking for but I will not sacrifice on fitting for color.
