Missing RL of of bracelet

There's a piece missing off the bottom the RL small box.?lWhy is that! I would've given a 4 or 5 Star,,,,, but since it's a missing part I'm on given a 3!! They show the bracelet one way, but it's different when you receive it! Fix that problem I have the goods bracelet as well, and it's big missing off of that one
