celebration for my birthday $5 off my next purchas

I returned the earrings. Macy's mailed a $5 off my next purchase in celebration of my birthday. The cashier said the coupon could not be used with my earring purchase. Why wasn't the coupon excepted. Thank you

Broken clasp

I returned these because the clasp on one earring would not open. They are very pretty so I hope the replacement pair is better.

Nice Earrings

Love these earrings but they were too large for the look I wated. Also I had a hard time pushing the clip down into the clip holder. So I sent for a smaller pair from Macys.

Not what I expected

I guess I put too much faith in the brand name. They are thin and soft and bend so easily when trying to put them in that it makes the process impossible
