Vanessa at Pentagon City Mall

My initial delivery was taken from my porch. However, Macy's sent a new order with expedited shipping. The extra pillow cases were exchanged for a different color. All this required the expert help of Vanessa at the Petagon City Mall store. She was more than helpful. She was knowledgable, patient, listened well to understand all the moving parts of this particular order. She should get some kind of award for being so perfect for customer service work.

Love these!

I absolutely HATE when I wash sheets and the border at top of flat sheet comes out so wrinkled it can't be pressed out. These sheets come out of the dryer perfect... no creases or wrinkles and looks so tidy and nice when I make the bed. Will buy more for the other bedrooms now that I've tried them.

Disappointed but forewarned

These sheets are really cute, which is why I decided to order them despite some reviews about the quality. I have sensitive skin and they are uncomfortably scratchy. I’m going to keep them and try washing them multiple times to hopefully improve their comfort.
