Packing Lauren Ralph Lauren Bag

How can you ship Lauren Ralph Lauren handbag without any kind of wrapping papers/bubble materials and no box at all but just Macy’s plastic bag - sent out by UPS??!! You sent out Frango Mint chocolate already in the box in the big box so I can’t even imagine what you were thinking of! Give * to shipping not the product
