There is something wrong with the clasp, the bracelet slips off my wrist every time I wear it. Luckily I have found it on my floor or ground in my yard. I feel I would like to return the bracelet because I cannot wear it without worrying that I am going to lose the it. However I threw the bag in the trash that it was delivered in. Would I be able to return without the bag?

Defective toggle

My boyfriend bought me this bracelet but the toggle did not have a safety clasp and the bracelet fell off the first time I wore it I ordered a new bracelet but I think Macy's should pay for the replacement bracelet.
