Arrived with broken zipper.

Came with a broken zipper. The pillow also has a different tag and brand name than the cover. Taking it back.

No, no, no. No down. 100% White Waterfowl Feathers

I returned theses pillows as they are labeled 100% goose down on the package but pillow tags labeled WHITE WATERFOWL FEATHERS. Feathers were sticking through the cases. I purchased 6 of these and returned them and purchased Macy's Hotel Collection 100% down pillows.

It's soft, but too little. It also goes flat easily.

It is a very nice pillow, but too soft for me. I returned it and purchased a firmer pillow.

big disappointment

With the rave reviews - not to mention the price - I was hoping for better. It's soft, if that's all you want, but I need more support than this for my head. I haven't been able to find an actual feather pillow to replace the one I have now and had hoped one in this price range might fill the bill. Sadly, this isn't any better than the others I have tried.

Blissful Sleep!

Prior to buying these pillows, I struggled sleeping more then six hours a night. Typically, I would wake up because my neck would hurt so badly. No more! These are the most comfortable pillows I've ever owned. For the first time in years, I wake up feeling rested!
