Classic

I just received my Lauren trench coat in sand today rolled/wadded up in a small back full of wrinkles that will need to be steamed out. I'm so disappointed that Macy's did not put it in a box. It's's probably a returned used coat. I'm keeping it, fits nice and good quality. But I should not have to have it professionally steamed to remove severe wrinkles for a item that should have been new and packaged correctly in a box. Only 3 stars for packaging, but 5 stars for quality.

A very pretty trench coat. It fits nicely and has a light liner. The sand color is much more sand than tan. It’s not as warm as the photo shows.
