Beautiful

This a beautiful coat for most all seasons. I live in coastal Alabama and I needed a light weight coat for the rainy season. Exceptional stitching and the fabric is amazing. I would highly recommend.

It's very bad; anything that touches it, like a scarf or anything with color or hair, sticks to it. I wore it once, and I was wearing a Tommy Hilfiger scarf, and the scarf's fibers stuck to it, and instead of being black, it turned blue. I do not recommend buying it.

Nice Coat/Disappointing Service

It's a nice coat but it came without the belt. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I have tried to find a belt that matches so that I can use the coat. I even called Ralph Lauren customer service but they are unable to help since the coat was purchased at Macy's and not online at Ralph Lauren. Will never purchase something from Macy's online again. Terrible customer service. Who sends a coat without the belt that goes with it? At Christmas?!
