Used and worned

Idk what's going on with Macy's lately. Horrible service and merchandise. Sent me used/warned boots! Then had the audacity to write it clearly on the box they sent as if this standard policy. I am about to take my business elsewhere. This past week with all their merchandise cancelations and now shipping used items! Totally disappointed and disgusted!

Boots looked used, box was torn up.

My boots arrived scuffed and used. Box was in shambles. Boots are great, the most comfortable boots I've ever had.

Leather is Scuffed

After wearing only a couple times (easy wearing no trauma) the leather on both boots, top & toe scuffed off very noticeably. Is this a defeat in these boots? I need to find out.
