Almost Worked

I really like coated denim and wanted these jeans to work. But, I have a curvy figure and these were not made with a woman's body in mind. The outside of the fabric is ok, but the underside is more like a flannel than denim. They also stuck way out at the back waist. They were too long but, had they fit, I would have kept them and hemmed them.

Okay But Not My Favorite

These jeans are okay, but I'm on the fence about keeping them. They fit well and look good on, but I don't care for the coating on the fabric, which gives it a sheen and a slightly stiff texture. What is the coating made of and what is it for? Will it eventually wash off? I couldn't find out. The biggest issue for me is the length. I'm 5'5" and they are way too long on me. If I hadn't gotten them on sale I wouldn't even think about keeping them. Even so, I'll probably send them back.
