Wrinkled, dirty and wadded up in plastic bags

I was so excited to get my new Ralph Lauren navy blazer. I read reviews of people receiving their blazer hung neatly on a hanger, packaged well in a box. Well mine came today shoved into a small bag that had ripped and dirty with a RL sweater I ordered. Macys has seriously gone down hill and clearly doesn’t care about their customers or customer service. I ordered almost $1,000 on four items and the very least they could have done is to make sure that I received them clean, not wrinkled and shoved into a small plastic bag. I’m disappointed and done with them!

Shipping mistake

Waited to order this jacket during the friends and family sale. Definitely worth the wait. HOWEVER, I received the jacket with the security tag still on it making it impossible to wear. Now I have to go back to Macys to have it removed. Very inconvenient during the holidays when I have other things to do.

Classic!

Beautiful double breastfed coat! It fits perfectly, size 12 and is well made. I couldn't ask for more! I can wear this year round in Arizona...not too warm. Hangs beautifully.

Cheaply made. Doesn’t look Ralph Lauren.

This blazer looks great on the picture. It fits great but the material looks wimpy, very cheap. It doesn’t look like a true Ralph Lauren blazer. I’m returning

Tailoring perfection!

This is the ideal double breasted blazer! The tailoring is beautiful and the fit is perfect. It's in Ralph Lauren navy which is almost black. The fabric is classic elegance. A closet staple I will enjoy for years.
