Love a rufffle #2

This was a great gift for my daughter’s birthday, and she loved it! Oh I actually bought two of these ruffled scarves, one in a dark prince, and one in a light blue print. She chose the light blue one. I kept the dark one and I love it too. Something different, and easy to wear. Love it.
