Sexy Warm Long Puffer

I shopped around for the perfect winter coat in cream color and found the perfect one. I had to order it and was even more surprised when it arrived. Perfect fit, perfect color and exactly what I was looking for.

BEWARE!

I purchased the coat mid-September when the weather was warm as a gift for my granddaughter leaving for college in Wisconsin! Around Halloween, Wisconsin weather warranted wearing a coat. Unfortunately, after wearing it for a little over a month, during her Thanksgiving break, the teeth on the coat started falling off in pieces. I called Macy's CS to get an exchange because my granddaughter needs a heavy winter coat for Wisconsin's Winter weather! I explained the situation to the Macy's CS Representative, and the CS Representative informed me that because the return is outside of the return policy (30 days) that Macy's couldn't do anything for me. However, she could assist in me purchasing the coat AGAIN!!!! I asked for the complaint department to ask if someone would review my complaint because the coat is defective. Teeth on a coat doesn't just suddenly start to fall off. I was told by the CS Representative that there was no complaint department to review a complaint. DO NOT BUY!

Perfection!

Exactly what I was looking for! An all black puffer with faux fur detail on the hood and hardware that wasn’t silver (prefer gold, or gunmetal like this coat). Looks chic and high quality in person. The logos on the shoulder and buttons are tasteful. Medium weight and very cozy. True to size— definitely size up if you wear thick sweaters or like to layer. I’m 5’3” and 110 lbs, so the XS is perfect with a light sweater.

The Perfect Winter Coat

I have not worn the coat yet because of the weather. I bought it for the winter. Just by trying it on I love it.It fits good on me. Love the length.I usually have a problem with coats because of my bust, but this coat is a perfect fit. Looking forward to wearing it in the winter.
