Very cute but not true to size. Go 1 size up I usually wear size 8.5 but 9.5 fits me if this helps. Very comfortable and lightweight.

Uncomfortable

I purchased this flat sandal because I love the RLL brand and the quality but this is one of the most uncomfortable flat i've ever had. Super hard for me feet and difficult to walk in it. Very unhappy, wish i could return it.

Bad condition and bad customer service

There were scratches and the item was way too small, so I called customer service to get a replacement and planned to return the original shoes once I received the new pair. They only emailed me a return label but never sent the replacement. After waiting for a few days, I called again, and they told me the shoes were sold out and no replacement was available. So I had no choice but to keep them. The whole experience has been a complete mess, and I’m really upset about it.
