Macy's never shipped and Macy's won't credit me

Never received the dress and I ordered express shipping. Now macy's is telling me that I have to wait for them to find the shipping (which says it was never received by the shipping carrier) before they will credit my account. I am very angry and disappointed at a company that I have spent thousands of dollars at through the years did not ship the product and is refusing to credit my account.
